In order to operate safely and eliminate potential safety hazards, please follow the following precautions.
1. The operator of the micro tiller must be professionally trained or familiar with the manual of the machine before operation. Personnel who are not familiar with the operation method of the machine are strictly prohibited.
2. The operator of the micro tiller shall pay special attention to the safety warning signs on the machine, carefully read the contents of the signs and indicate other operators.
3. The operators of the micro tiller shall wear working clothes that meet the requirements of labor protection, and pay special attention to prevent injury caused by winding by moving parts. Check that all exposed rotating parts are well protected.
4. The micro cultivator operator is strictly prohibited from fatigue work to avoid accidents.
5. Before each operation, check whether the lubricating oil of the engine and transmission box is sufficient.
6. Before use, all parts, transmission case and engine bolts must be checked for looseness and falling off.
7. Check whether the operating parts (bits) are flexible and effective.
8. When installing the plough blade, it must be confirmed that the left and right are symmetrical and the working edge faces forward, otherwise it cannot be used normally.
9. Before starting the engine, check whether the clutch is in the disengaged position and whether the shift lever is in the neutral position.
10. In order to ensure the normal operation of the engine and prolong its service life, the engine must run at no load after starting, and the engine can work only after 5 to 10 minutes of warm-up. It is best not to work at high speed and heavy load within 1 to 2 hours before starting work. If the engine runs too fast when starting, quickly cut off the oil supply or plug the air inlet to shut down the engine immediately.
11. The height of the resistance bar shall be adjusted at any time according to the working conditions, and the horizontal position of the fuselage shall be maintained to prevent damage due to poor engine lubrication due to excessive engine inclination.
12. It is forbidden to touch all kinds of rotating tools during operation to avoid stabbing, and stay away from the high-temperature area of the exhaust pipe to avoid scalding.
13. During tool replacement, weed removal, inspection and maintenance, it must be carried out after the engine stops running. Safety must be ensured when moving on slopes, roads or narrow sections.
14. It is forbidden to increase the operation speed of the machine in any way.
15. The engine speed, power and other parts have been adjusted normally on the test bench. It is strictly prohibited to adjust at will.
16. The machine has no lighting device, and it is strictly prohibited to work at night.
17. The micro cultivator shall drive at a low speed when working near field corners, ditches, holes and canals; When working in the greenhouse, pay attention to ventilation to make the air convective and exhaust gas discharged.
18. When adding oil, stop the machine and avoid kindling.
19. When working in the slope area, pay attention to the machine balance. You can work along the slope direction, and the slope should be less than 25 degrees.
20. When the machine is running, do not approach or touch the rotating parts to avoid accidents.
